1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 7zbet, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to engage in online betting activities in your jurisdiction, and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and 7zbet (the "Platform"). Your use of any part of the Platform, including browsing, account creation, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or making deposits and withdrawals, indicates your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing 7zbet on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on their behalf.

2Eligibility

To register and use 7zbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7zbet does not permit users under 21 to register or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be legally entitled to participate in online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an active account suspension imposed by 7zbet.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets on the Platform.

7zbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

3Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7zbet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and any secondary accounts found will be closed, with any associated balances forfeited. When registering, you are required to provide:

• A valid, unique email address that belongs to you and is not associated with any other 7zbet account.
• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification documents.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used for account verification and transaction notifications).
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 7zbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

7zbet supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

When making a withdrawal, please note the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-source rule).
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This may include submitting a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documentation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

7zbet periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 7zbet:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and shared payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses via different accounts is considered abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fully met.
• 7zbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under a valid bonus will be honoured under the original terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a welcome bonus or promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused free spins will expire automatically after this period.

Winnings generated from bonus funds, including free spin wins, are credited as bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before being converted to real withdrawable funds.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 7zbet are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are available within the relevant game or betting category on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7zbet will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet unless there is a demonstrable system error on the Platform's part.
• 7zbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrectly listed price or where there is a manifest error in the odds, market, or game configuration.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live game or bet, 7zbet's internal records will be used as the definitive source to determine the outcome of the session.

Maximum win limits apply per single bet and per day, depending on the game or market type. These limits are set to ensure sustainable platform operation and may be adjusted by 7zbet at its discretion.

7Responsible Gaming

7zbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools that allow you to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and to request a self-exclusion period if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and we strongly encourage all users to make use of them proactively.

7zbet strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded or who have been excluded by a regulatory or court order. 8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7zbet. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use 7zbet as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity, including but not limited to the proceeds of crime.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, including accounts registered under a different name or identity.
• Exploiting any technical bug, error, or vulnerability on the Platform for financial gain or competitive advantage.

7zbet employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately and any funds held in that account may be withheld pending investigation. 7zbet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies when legally required to do so.

9Account Suspension and Termination

7zbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, incomplete verification, prolonged inactivity, or receipt of a court or regulatory order.

If you wish to close your own account, you may submit a request to our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus-related wagering obligations are unmet.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7zbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any business interruption, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause.

7zbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy and Data Protection

7zbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data in transit, and we do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law or necessary to process your transactions.

12Changes to These Terms

7zbet may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of 7zbet after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9 above.
